Certifications Process Current vs. Future State

To conduct a needs assessment on the certifications program, I created a “current state” visual of our process and created a “future state” visual of the new process we want to implement. I presented this future state diagram to leadership so they could help us with building out the process using Salesforce. I also created an interim solution in Excel for the program as we’re waiting to get the future state procedure up and running.
